Reflections from our Chief Gifting Officer, Lindsay Merdzinski Greetings from Delightly! We hope you’re enjoying the fresh start of a new year, and are able, like us, to sit back and reflect on 2023 and all you’re grateful for. I’ve been feeling especially thankful for everyone who has helped make Delightly a success. One of the most exciting moments we had this year was launching our new e-commerce storefront. This effort is not for the faint of heart! Our incredible team—through thick and thin and all the challenges—prevailed. Their perseverance and dedication to making Delightly stand out in a crowded room is bar none. The love for what we do shines brightly, and that positive energy can be felt in all our products and services. I’m also immensely grateful for all of you! We appreciate our partners, clients, and customers, who bring so much joy to our work, and we’re thankful for your loyalty. As we continue to grow and stretch our wings in 2024, we will work hard to incorporate the many things we’ve learned. Here are just a few: You like flexibility—we’re working on ways to put more of the product selection process directly in your hands. We now have a better handle on and understanding of the pain points of delivery speeds and making things seamless for you. These things will help guide our brand development in the year ahead. We gain so much wisdom and insight from you. Please keep the feedback coming! Onboarding is a big need, and we’re ramping up our efforts to give you more options, as well as customer examples to inspire you. We can’t wait to help make your new employees’ onboarding experiences the best ever. We’ve been blown away by the customer contacts and project inquiry activity. We’re so pleased that the business world loves what we offer, and we look forward to expanding reach even further. Once more, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you.
