Do you ship internationally? Yes! Call us at 866.239.9980 to place international orders. International surcharges for duties and levies will apply. GST, HST, and PST charges are the responsibility of the applicable gift recipient/resident (excluding Canada).

Shipping Information. Shipping costs are dependent on destination and timeline provided by the customer. Rush shipping is available upon request. Additional shipping charges will apply to all rush orders. Charges for shipments outside the continental USA are subject to a surcharge. Shipping charge total will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Please call customer service at 866.239.9980 if you need your order rushed.

Which items are eligible to ship same day? Quick ship kits are your go-to, super-fast, all-in-one ready to go gift sets. Quick Ship kits purchased before 3pm ET, ship same-day Monday through Friday.

What is Multiship? We can ship multiple gifts to multiple locations in the United States. One order with loads of shipping options from 2 to 25,000+ gifts. We can ship your Delightly gifts to all of your offices, employees’ doorsteps, or to almost any location in the U.S. Our onsite fulfillment and distribution center makes this process easy. We’ll handle the nitty-gritty and get you the gifts you need to all of your desired locations. An Account Manager will work with you on all of your gifting and shipping details. What is your return policy? We stand behind our products, period. We’re here to help. Call us at 866.239.9980 to help process your return or exchange. If you need to return an unused, non-personalized or non-custom product for any reason within 30 days, we’ll be happy to credit your account, exchange the item, or give you a refund for the cost of the merchandise. We do not facilitate returns on orders that have been personalized, customized, or special ordered. Depending on the kit selected, a proof prior to purchase may be sent to you. Please look over the proof carefully and make sure all is correct before you send approval. Approval is needed before production begins for customizable items.

Can I buy kits in bulk and you store and ship upon demand? Yes! We make year-round gifting for any occasion as seamless as possible. Contact an Account Manager to assist you with all of the delightful options.
